We are currently seeking a high calibreÂ professional to join our team as a Data Quality Analyst.
Actively assesses compliance with Data Management Policy, identifies gaps and works to close gaps
Executes path-to-green plans to continually and measurably improve compliance, while also preparing MI and reporting to appropriate governance forums
Prepare inputs for teams building Data Quality rules, including documentation of Data Quality rules, population to be tested and Data Quality thresholds
Track Data Quality build and test and prepare progress update reports to be presented and governance forums
Interface with global and local business process owners or their delegates to identify business requirements and translate them in Data Quality rules and data population to be measuredÂ
Strong interactions required with global and local process owners and other business stakeholders to understand business requirements for critical data in scope
Work closely with BAU teams to support transition to BAU once Data Quality rules have been built and tested, including the reporting of the metrics on Global and Groups dashboards
Implementation of Data Quality and Remediation controls for critical data elements in scope
General Data Management principles, in particular regarding Data QualityÂ
Experience with data management tools, preferably Collibra
Experience working with global / regional teams is preferred
Preferred experience with conceptual data modelling, business data ontology modelling
Understanding of data dictionaries, physical database modelling principles
Preferred experience with Relational Databases, Cloud Technologies, UNIX along with an understanding of modern programming languages
Familiarity with retail banking business terminology
Experience with visualization of data models and business intelligence
Managing and joining large datasets for analysis, aggregation and reporting
Strong MS-Excel skills
