Job Description Fortune 5 CVS Health is hiring for a Financial Consultant. In this role, the Consultant with support the CFO for the Capitol market with achieving the marketâ™s financial and strategic goals.
You will support the Capitol Market with managing and growing the Commercial, Medicare and Specialty products within the market. You will report to the VP, Market CFO.
-You will partner with finance colleagues within the market to maintain financial reporting and management of statements. -Support the financial close, planning and forecasting processes. -Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas to focus on and analyze results, including detailed review of medical cost drivers and DOS results. -Analyze premiums and fees rate against budgets and forecasts. -You will support P&L/cost center owner level reporting, membership or expense forecasts, product reporting and balance sheet reporting. -You will collaborate with with constituent areas including Actuarial, Underwriting, Network and Medical Economics. -Resolve problems and drive issues to resolution
Required Qualifications - 1 or more years of financial experience including financial planning, analysis, P&L, reporting or accounting
Preferred Qualifications -Commercial and Medicare products and financial drivers -Commercial product pricing -Advanced degree in Business or FSA/CPA -Project management -Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or Hyperion -Knowledge of healthcare, managed care insurance or CVS Health -Finance - Financial analysis - closing, planning, forecasting processes
Education Bachelor's degree required; with a focus in Finance, Accounting or similar fields preferred.
