As part of our goal to continue to innovate and help customers on their path to better health, we are growing our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Business to help patients live more independent lives through new sleep apnea and other DME services. Reporting to a Director of DME Product Development, you will be responsible for leading, building and implementing our operations strategy to support the programs within in the DME portfolio. You will manage the strategic operations of sleep apnea and other DME programs, including training and field communications, B2B medical insurance contracting, and program implementation and process enhancements. You will guide and support the delivery expanded service offerings and system updates in collaboration with multiple cross-functional internal and external partners including Learning and Development, HealthHUB Operations, Pharmacy and Store Operations, Enterprise Healthcare Solutions, Minute Clinic, and third party payers.
You are an extremely effective and passionate leader, communicator, detail oriented, and very organized. You l understand the impact of chain level field communication and apply knowledge of store operations to how training and communication are prepared. In addition to operations communication, you will support strategy development for the DME business operations. You must be able to use lead the team to identify and resolve challenges by analyzing information using their knowledge of operations and determining the appropriate solutions for new business scenarios and portfolio growth. This role would suit someone who thrives on collaboration, with strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills, and a real passion for healthcare.
Required Qualifications -3+ years of experience leading and building multi-pronged teams to support cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrated success delivering projects end-to-end - 3+ years of supervisory experience with multiple direct reports - 3+ years of demonstrated success in delivering training and communications - 3+ years experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, frameworks, build business cases, and measure success; and/or 1+ years of retail field experience - 3+ years experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
Preferred Qualifications - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong communication (written and oral) skills - Technical experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some Access or other database knowledge - Experience with Front Store and/or Pharmacy operations - Experience within Durable Medical Equipment or healthcare related products
