Job Description An exciting opportunity for an L&D Specialist to help set up curriculum, programs and processes for the L&D capability of a large organisation
The Capability Development Specialist will help work on the strategic plan for Learning & Development for a large organisation. This would involve working extensivley with vendors and other stakeholders to develop different initiatives and programs.
With direction from the Head of Learning and other HR leaders contribute to the development of the enterprise curriculum design
Develop transfer of learning into practice strategies and Coach leaders to develop and implement on the job learning opportunities
Partner with key stakeholders and functional subject matter experts to identify their learning needs and ensure that solutions are measurable and meet business needs and are aligned with the organisational strategy
Establish controls and measures to embed and track the effectiveness of the learning.
Measure progress and create insights about learners, teams and organisational capability gaps to inform future strategies.
Create and communicate the scheduled offering of learning to the organisation to ensure that the available program is fully utilised
Experience in the public sector, insurance or disability industry preferred
Experience with coaching and prepared L&D plan for large organisation
Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
