We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as aÂ Contract Business Analyst - Global Private Banking.
To analyze and identify gaps and issues on daily operation processesÂ
To analyze and identify gaps and feasibility on business initiatives
To propose and implement recommendations, such as, but not limited to, risks, system changes and process changes Â
To participate in user testing, process evaluation, preparing documentation, including process flows and procedures, progress reports, project documentations
To effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders to collect user requirements, conduct trainings and post reviewsÂ
To analyze and prepare MIs and regular & ad-hoc reporting
To support daily processes, control reviews and ad-hoc assignments
