What you’ll do
We’re looking for a decisive problem-solver to join our sales team as an account manager (AM). In this role, you’ll coordinate and manage the plan design and implementation for new clients, and provide general account service to existing clients. You’ll have the opportunity to travel frequently to conduct client service meetings, and will serve as the primary contact for group representatives and brokers.
In this role, you’ll also:
Produce educational materials and conduct benefit meetings
Resolve claim payment issues
Provide support to the sales manager/director
Work closely with internal staff to communicate service issues

3 – 5 years of experience in client services/client-facing roles in the healthcare industry
