The Team Lead is the day-to-day operational oversight for the Sales Incentive Compensation team, serving as the initial escalation resource and leading the internal operational processes for the regional team. Responsible for leading the operation and support of processes and systems that pertain to the overall Sales Incentive Compensation group and its transactional data business systems. Will review individual and departmental employee and staff performances and prepare assessment reports, monitor productivity rate and prepares certain reports for their management that may be in the form of personnel or procedural changes.
In this role you will:
Prioritize operational resources for accurate and timely completion of monthly sales incentive calculations, review with regional sales incentive manager/analysts and submission to payroll;
Quickly remove barriers or escalate issues to regional sales incentive manager/analysts for timely resolution;
Prioritize operational resources and data requests, delegate effectively to staff members to insure timely resolution and development. Develop measure and analyze metrics to gain efficiencies;
Effective issues identification, resolution, and management;
Interface with various levels of the organization, ability to resolve issues and customer escalations effectively;
Establish departmental goals and implement Performance Management/Reward and Recognition practices with the stuff;
Identify process improvement areas where new or enhancements to existing systems and processes will meet stakeholder needs;
Build and document processes and systems to maintain service level agreement quality targets;
Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and be responsible to follow-up accordingly.
3-5 years related team leader work experience, Bachelor's Degree required;
Strong verbal and written communication skills with both local and English language;
Strong communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on leading meetings, managing projects, driving initiatives, and proven ability to interface with other leadership.
Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Tools, familiarity, or background knowledge in SAP tools & Anaplan;
Demonstrated analytical, process and project management skills;
