What you will do
You will support the business initiatives of the Trauma business unit (e.g., Marketing, Research & Development) by providing financial insight, analysis and by serving as a trusted finance business partner to the leaders of these teams.
Responsibilities may include:
Analyze departmental expenses.
Prepare monthly projections.
Assist in the annual budgeting process.
Provide analytical explanation of actual to budget variances.
Assist in the creation of strategic and marketing plans.
Translate strategic plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets; recommend corrective action as needed.
Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets; direct manager's attention to opportunities for corrective action.
What you need
Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting and/or Finance preferred; CPA or equivalent financial certification preferred
0+ years diversified Accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Demonstrated communication, customer service and analytical skills
