Become a member of one of the best companies to work for in the world! This role will be part of our Supply Chain Operations Team based out of San Jose, CA. We are looking for hard working, goal-oriented individuals to manage the supply chain operations of our Endoscopy medical products. Supply chain experience is not needed, but is a plus. This will be a hybrid role, with our team being in the office a few days a week, and working from home a few days a week.

What you will do -
Develop a supply plan across a complex portfolio
Engage in capability planning with suppliers as part of cross functional teams and add expertise in creating the optimal solutions
Work directly with suppliers to gain an understanding of their internal planning system and how their processes interact with Stryker's material and capacity requirements
Identify gaps in existing business processes and drive improvement activities to close them
Work cross-functionally with the following teams and global SPOC's to support Stryker initiatives: Sourcing, Advanced Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations
Work with team members to maintain item master data, i.e. lead times, minimum order qty/order multiple, safety stock levels, delivery dates etc to ensure 100% system data accuracy at all times
Manage inventory levels in line with agreed targets and report monthly on the status of inventory levels for assigned portfolio
Proactively identify, report, & escalate constraints within the end-to-end Supply Chain which will impact on Customer Service levels
Expedite or de-expedite product as required, ensuring material availability
Provide backorder projections weekly which achieve accuracy levels of 80% to 120%
Generate and present daily / weekly / monthly reports and metrics as appropriate
Participate in NPI and product launches, collaborating with Operations, Marketing and Engineering to ensure a successful product launch
What you need -
Bachelor's Degree required
Excellent knowledge in Excel & computer skills required
Experience working in Supply Chain - highly preferred
