What you be doing in this role:
The individual will be responsible for day to day Concur system maintenance and new user onboarding.
Responsible for updating Concur training videos and manuals.
Accounts Payable data extractions for reporting & analysis.
Developing training materials related to Accounts Payables systems and processes.
Handling a full range of project components in an independent and autonomous manner, independently trouble-shoots problems and recommends or implements corrective action.
Appliying detailed knowledge of the areas of assigned responsibility, and an extensive knowledge of the department functions and its interrelation with the larger organization.
Working in close collaboration with all levels of management.
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related business field required.
Experience with handling and managing large volumes of data.
Strong analytics skills.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of report writing and database manipulation (Business Objects, SQL, MS Access, etc.)
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel programming including pivot tables, charts, macros, etc.
Experience with Captivate, PeopleSoft, Concur, OnBase or other related business systems a plus.
