Conducts analyses of land instruments, creates Landfolio data records, monitors, and satisfies land-related obligations.
Manages consultant and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and payments.
Prepares instruments, letters, and other types of correspondence.
Conducts recording, registration, and filing of land-related instruments.
Provides direct support to Senior Land Data Analyst and Supervisor, Land Data & Compliance on other Land Department projects as needed.
Your role will consist of
Conducts analyses of land instruments (e.g., leases, deeds, agreements, contracts, easements, etc.), creates Landfolio data records, sets-up and ensures all land-related legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations are duly satisfied against any unintended loss, contractual breach, or fines for non-compliance in respect of Company’s land tenure. (40%)
Interfaces and coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders and counterparties to ensure land-related obligations are duly satisfied. (20%)
Through SAP, manages, and facilitates payments to, Land Department consultants and contractors. (15%)
Prepares notices, terminations, releases, default letters, and other various correspondence to send landowners and counterparties; assists in the preparation of legal exhibits for land transactions. (10%)
Assists in the review and clean-up of enterprise land data in Landfolio. (15%)
