Provide career development services to undergraduate students at Questrom School of Business students, through individual advising/coaching, workshops, and internship programs. Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of strategies to promote Undergraduate Academic and Career Development Center (UDC), Feld Center, and Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, services, and activities. Manage additional programs and attend events that support the overall success of the undergraduate program including Orientation, Open House, and Commencement.

B.A./B.S., Master's Degree preferred
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Demonstrated ability to speak and present in a classroom environment
3-5 years of experience in career counseling
Some weekends and evening work will be required
