The principal objective of this position is to assist with the internal operational needs of the Development staff. This includes a focus on data analysis and maintenance, data reporting, and benefits fulfillment.

Lynx & Paciolan Database maintenance: existing data cleanup, updating contact information and donor accounts, inputting segmentation data and attribute codes, reconciling PAC/Lynx account information. Focus on data integrity and systematic communication between CRM tools (Salesforce, Domo, etc.), athletic ticketing system (Paciolan) and University alumni and donor database (Lynx). Reporting: generating solicitation reports for A-Club and Annual Giving, generating event invitation reports for Hall of Champions, generating weekly benchmarking reports, generating reports for the Ticket Sales/Operations staff. Benefits Fulfillment: 1.Parking: coordinate with Parking and Transportation regarding parking lots, be responsible for game day parking and distributing parking benefits to Wildcat Club members. Overseeing the Ballena selection process for both Football and Men’s Basketball parking. 2.Benefits: oversee and manage the Wildcat Club benefits program, including car decal, luggage tag, specialty item, and stadium club wristbands. Assist the ticket and marketing teams with mobile ticketing. Acknowledgements: fulfill all acknowledgments for philanthropic and capital campaign donations. This includes the creation and delivery of emails, letters and postcards. Adobe Campaign-Mass Communication for Wildcat Club & A Club: Creating and distributing mass emails for both the Wildcat Club and the A-Club. Examples include, large scale solicitations, A-Club monthly newsletters, event invites, parking updates etc. Donor Recognition: coordinate donor recognition and ensure that recognition is fulfilled. This includes, donor recognition in game day programs, video boards, etc. (excludes major gift capital/naming recognition). Student Wildcat Club and Recent Grad Program: in charge of registration and delivery of benefits to SWCC members. Assist in running the Recent Grad program by helping with signups and benefits. Tax Receipting & Amortization: serve as the liaison to the University of Arizona Foundation gift processing team to assist with tax receipts and benefit amortization processes. Weekend and Evening Work: weekend and evening work is required. In addition, football game and men’s basketball game attendance is part of the job responsibilities. Additional duties as assigned.
Three years experience working in NCAA athletics development and/or ticket office
