We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Channel Development Manager.
Responsibility to drive the insurance distribution strategy in multiple channels, including but not limited to branch, Contact Centre and Digital channels, to develop and execute on a well-defined growth strategy
A key person to Interact with key stakeholders from various departments in RBWM and will be responsible for driving insurance penetration in targeted segment, ensuring the business is aligned with the global strategy and monitoring progress and providing support and guidance to distribution channels when needed
Work with channels/ distributions in any strategy projects and implement agreed initiatives to support business growth
Establish sales performance dashboard and MI and tracking against the rolling plan to identify opportunities and risks to achieving insurance sales operating goals
Provide leadership in the drive towards achievement of profitability in the sale of associated insurance products
Provide coaching to other supporting team members and courage team work in insurance distribution teams
Degree qualified with a proven track record in senior leadership roles with profit and loss ownership in insurance businesses
Strong commercial orientation and analytical skills in establishing cost effective strategy for the business
Experience in project management and organization skills will have an advantage
Strong team player, confident to work individually or in collaborative environments, willing to take on-board advice and listen to other points of view
Strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
