The Lead EMR Analyst shall be responsible for:
Leveraging your background and expertise in Cerner's suite of EHR solutions to help guide projects and associated decision making.
Consulting with team members and the clinical community to match users' needs to the capabilities of our software.
Maintain strong industry knowledge and familiarity with how others successfully deal with common problems facing EHR/EMR users.
Fulfilling the role of a Subject Matter Expert on assigned projects, as well as within the team.
Mentoring team members to help them develop their breadth and depth of Cerner Solutions, integration, and interoperability. This also involves assisting with the onboarding of new team members.
Taking the lead on issue resolution: This entails proactively working with team members and vendors to identify the root cause of a problem and facilitate the proposed solution(s).
In order to qualify you must have:
5-10 years of experience implementing a range of Cerner solutions is required.
Project Management experience, and strong organization skills
Experience with SQL, CCL and/or Unix is preferred
Previous experience as an Integration Architect is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Masters a plus
