We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Actuarial Analyst - 1 Year Contract.
The job holder is to join the Economic Capital team in assisting to deliver the following functions for HSBC Life
Carry out Economic Capital (EC) valuations including results production, sensitivity testing and movement analysis
Support the team in regular and ad hoc reporting
Assist in maintaining and developing the EC models including deterministic & stochastic Prophet models and other spreadsheet models
Help to ensure all data, assumptions and processes are appropriate, adequately documented and meet all applicable standards
University degree holder in a quantitative subject
Good progress with the actuarial exams
Excellent computer skills including Excel, VBA and Prophet. Knowledge of ESG or stochastic modelling is advantageous
