Engineering Support / Full Time Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC) is an organization with a rich history and a bright future. The Engineering Analyst provides various support for the Engineering team including procurement, supply chain, design packet assembly, and records management coordination. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and continuing to strive to push AECC and our mission forward.
Coordinates procurement related to projects such as the following: specifications, request for quotes, evaluations, purchase orders, tracking, issues resolution, ensuring delivery, and timely invoice payment.
Assembles and releases Engineering Design Packets once designs are complete.
Leads the project close out records management process by coordinating will all functions to get as-built drawings returned, record set drawings completed, work orders unitized, and records archived.
Identifies and leads process improvements and writes standard procedures; assists with Engineering research as requested.
Assists with production and transmission equipment and facility testing programs.
Delivers customer service to the Production and Transmission Design Engineering teams and the Distribution Cooperatives.
Represents Engineering Department in a professional manner to all internal teams, Distribution Cooperatives, Suppliers, and other external entities
The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.
Valid Driver’s License
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Supply Chain or similar related field.
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
Minimum Experience Required
Analyst I: No minimum experience
Analyst II: At least 2 years of related experience
Analyst III: At least 4 years of related experience
