The Fundraising Events team is seeking a Development Coordinator to support its collective efforts.
The Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Manager, Fundraising Events and will assist the Recruitment & Fundraising team in managing the daily administrative and operational responsibilities needed to help the team and programs run efficiently.
The Fundraising Events Recruitment & Fundraising team is responsible for supporting Cycle for Survival, Freds Team and Kids Walk for MSK Kids.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Recruitment & Fundraising team and ensure day-to-day needs are met
Proactively take on new responsibilities as they arise
Manage the main inboxes and phone lines for the three programs
Assist in the teams daily operations including but not limited to supply ordering, gear shipments, team meeting set up, mailings, and travel arrangements
Create and maintain templates and other team resources
Be the main point of contact for gift processing inquiries, assist with all gift related questions and incoming donation tracking
Liaise with the Matching Gifts team to process matches for Cycle for Survival, Freds Team, and Kids Walk
Provide ad-hoc administrative support for other Fundraising Events colleagues
At least one year of relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with Luminate Online, Blackbaud and/or Microsoft Access is a plus.
Strong critical thinking skills.
