The General is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our team! This role can work remotely within the contiguous US.
Review the premium, loss and expense experience of the company
Assist in preparation of rate level indications
Support the product team in all aspects of rate filing activity
Assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of various actuarial pricing and reserving models
Assist in the forecasting and planning process as needed
Prepare ad-hoc analyses as needed
Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of various predictive models including GLM pricing models.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance or similar quantitative field preferred.
Minimum of at least 2 actuarial exams is preferred; continue to pursue actuarial credentials
3+ years of actuarial experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
GLM modeling experience required
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
Experience with SQL, VBA, R, EMBLEM and/or SAS is preferred
Self-starter; ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
