The Development Assistant, Technical & Gift Services will be responsible for:
Provides general office support, which includes heavy scheduling and maintenance of meeting calendars for department leadership; scheduling appointments and meetings both in-person and via Zoom.
Responsible for system updates, user testing and maintenance of our Blackbaud CRM system.
Maintains constituent information in donor database including biographical information, Trust codes, solicitor actions and proposal information.
Will help to manage vendor relations and negotiations for the department
Prepares invoices, including payment of requisitions for vendors, employee reimbursements and serves as contact to resolve discrepancies. May reconcile monthly bills with overall budget.
Assists supervisor with projects and preparation of reports and documents, as needed.
To qualify, you must have:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree and 4 years of related work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred and would replace the experience requirement.
Critical thinking skills/ability to communicate professionally

Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Ability to manage time effectively
Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
