This Healthcare Financial Data Analyst II will be responsible to:
Support and maintain patient and financial data for the Decision Support and Cost Accounting System, including data quality assurance.
Assist with the development and maintenance of the costing statistics and cost data with hospital wide departments which serve as the foundation for the hospital's cost management and patient- based profitability reporting.
Develop and prepare standard monthly and ad hoc reporting/analysis for management decisions.
Advance financial and healthcare analytics using data visualization tools.
Perform detailed analyses of various patient care and financial data for decision support and the cost accounting system for the hospitals, including information used for quality assurance to interpreting trends or deviations and making recommendations.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance or a closely related field and 2+ years of previous related experience.
The analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
Excellent Microsoft Skills
Hybrid position and must live in MA, NH or RI
