KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT audits, reviews, and projects. This individual with possess a good understanding of general audit methodology, IT risks and controls, and knowledge of IT operations and systems. Additionally, the candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and the business.
The Supervising Senior IT Risk Analyst will be responsible for:
Assisting with the delivery of the annual IT Audit plan through planning, execution, and reporting activities related to risk-based audits and projects;
Supporting IT, Operational, and Financial SOX testing, as required;
Supervising, coaching, and developing staff members through feedback and work product review on assignments;
Performing fieldwork and testing activities for more complex areas including cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and networking, as necessary;
Leading internal and external meetings with various stakeholders within the organization;

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Relevant IT related or business degree; IT qualification/certifications a plus (e.g., CISA, ITCA, CISM, CISSP, etc.)
Possess 4+ years of experience in IT audit or other related areas (Big 4 experience a plus)
Good listening skills and able to communicate with technical, financial, and business staff;
Ability analyze and identify issues to provide recommendations for remediation
Able to collate and understand large volumes of information;
Able to work alone or in multi-person teams;
Knowledge of common Operating Systems (e.g., Windows, OS400, UNIX, etc.)
Knowledge of basic database and programming concepts;
Knowledge of basic insurance concepts would be an advantage
