1. Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day. 2. Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate. 3. Responsible for clerical duties such as, but not limited to drafting correspondence such as letters, memos, bulletins & reports. 4. Provide support to the AVP of Business Development/ 5. Act as a liaison between AVP of Business Development/Rehab Business Development/Rehab and organization directors/managers as needed. 6. Responsible for managing & coordinating payroll under AVP of Business Development. 7. Assist in maintaining minutes of meetings & submit for approval. 8. Create & edit various forms & reports as needed. 9. Responsible for answering phone inquiries, directing calls & providing basic company information as appropriate including responding to the status of Marketing projects & delivery timelines. Guides inquiries through the Marketing request process. 10. Utilize & maintain project tracking software for department projects. 11. Code AVP & Director receipts appropriately & submit timely. 12. Call & schedule outside vendors as needed. 13. Assign work orders to appropriate staff in a timely manner. 14. Assist with community relations & vendor contract monitoring, correspondence, acknowledgements & follow-up in regards to vendor contract requirements as requested. 15. Maintains confidentiality of all information. 16. Manages the calendar of the AVP/Marketing/Community Director/Foundation Director & assists with scheduling & meeting &/or event coordination. 17. Other job related duties as assigned.
Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Licenses No professional license required. Certifications No professional certification required. Experience 1-2 years related experience preferred.
WAGE RANGE: $17.00-$23.34
