Compensation and Benefits Analyst
The Senior Reward Analyst proactively provides advisory services, analytical expertise and business process support in the areas of compensation, reward and employee benefits initiatives, ensuring the effective execution of Citi's compensation framework. A key focus for the role is facilitating the effective delivery of a range of employee benefits policies and program management. This role requires strong relationships with HR advisors, HR generalists and the business, to ensure alignment and delivery of programs and initiatives.
