Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements.

Primary Accountabilities
Facilitates the development of processes and tools to drive effectiveness among the exclusive agency channel. Maps out field processes and applies workflow process automation and lean process methodology to build quantifiable processes. In addition, develops and maintains strong partnerships with the field and internal business partners to ensure field perspectives are considered in decision-making and consistent delivery of messages and best practices.
Develops and implements programs and processes to improve agency and sales leadership operational efficiencies.
Maps out field processes and applies workflow process automation and lean process methodology to build and align quantifiable processes with customer value drivers and efficiency goals.
Creates and manages the strategy, processes and deliverables for agency communication platforms and feedback to deliver solutions that enable thriving businesses and a simplified agency experience.
Works closely with the sales division and other business areas to consult on and create field processes.
Works with business technology to provide business insight and suggest modifications to systems to improve effectiveness.
Identifies strategies used by other companies, within and outside the insurance industry, to understand and influence sales force performance. Determines how best to use or adapt these strategies for use at American Family.
Position is open to remote work with 25% travel.
Candidates with PMP or project management certifications are a plus.
