Corona Mechanical Contractor. (A 100% employee owned ESOP) is looking for organized, professional HVAC & Piping Estimators & Project Managers to join our team at our Corona, Ca. office.
Qualified candidates must have some construction experience in HVAC and or Mechanical Piping.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Estimators:
Proficient knowledge of blueprints and Mechanical HVAC Systems
Set up budgets and project financials.
Project Managers:
Creating, executing and revising project work plans and duties to meet the needs and requirements of the project through close-out.
Must be able to review and understand scheduling, billings, change orders and requests for change orders, the ability to start-up and close out projects, submittals and all other associated duties. Meeting profit expectations while maintaining costs along with monthly progress report of the project and timely completion tasks such a billing and processing project related invoices and RFI submissions.
Set up budgets and project financials.
Pricing, purchasing and scheduling of major equipment items and components.
Manage staff through informed communication and direction.
Manage subcontractors.
Education/Experience:
Construction Management Education (preferred but not required)
3-5+ years of Major Construction Estimation and/or Project Management (HVAC Mechanical Projects & Systems)
BMS controls experience a plus
