Additional Qualifications:
Required :
* 10+ years of applicable EB experience
* Detailed knowledge of group benefits/voluntary products and market conditions
Preferred :
* Experience managing a team of specialized contributors
* Demonstrated collaboration and leadership skills to interface with both internal and external constituents
* Must be comfortable dealing with both complexity and ambiguity and be able to explore multiple solutions to a problem.
