If you're into pioneering the future and doing good while doing business, come join us.
The LSB is part of SC Johnson, a family-owned company and leading manufacturer of household cleaning, home storage, air care, pest control and shoe care products, as well as professional products. Originally founded in 1886 and headquartered in Wisconsin, U.S.A., SC Johnson and the Lifestyle Brands division are at work for a better world.
As we continue to grow closer with the SC Johnson family, we want to find simple ways to harmonize our systems, programs and policies and start to 'speak the same language' across all of our business units - Lifestyle Brands, Global Consumer Brands and Professional. One of the ways we are harmonizing is through SCJ position grading which allows for greater opportunity for employees to grow their careers across the overall SCJ organization. So while this role will be known as Customer Development Manager within Lifestyle Brands and for externally facing networking, within the broader SCJ organization, the internal job title is Associate Manager, Sales Planning & Operations to ensure we are consistent within the company.
Based in San Francisco, the Customer Development Manager - method plays a pivotal part in this organization - Working with the Customer Development Director, you will serve as the sales and business development lead across all categories within an LSB brand. You will be involved in virtually every aspect of the go to market strategy and serve as the 'voice of the customer' to the HQ functions. This is a hands-on role with a high growth organization where entrepreneurship, initiative, and energy level will make a difference within the larger organization. This role has day-to-day interaction and exposure across functional leads and the leadership team...and it'll be fun!
