We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to help build new business opportunities for Equitable. You will be partnering with Equitable's Financial Advisors in developing creative measures to not only increase customer portfolio but also will retain our current customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Administering New Business Training
- Proactively partner with compliance and licensing partners on best practices when reviewing new business
- Prepare and maintain new business resources for Advisors
This role can be remote within the region which includes Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan or Wisconsin
Qualifications
Business Analytics: Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to predict trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning.
Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.

Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience in financial services
- Ability to travel between branches
- Expertise with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in or knowledge of insurance, securities, or financial services providers helpful
- Displays good judgment and decision-making skills
- Understands the need for confidentiality at all levels of work
