Job Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead project and equipment design for site capital projects Work with site engineering, maintenance, and outside contractors for procurement and installation of equipment. Lead project commission activities, including automation testing and operational training Manage the prioritization of the site capital portfolio Designing and developing operations, equipment, process, and methods Promote and support change in response to business needs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities BS Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with minimum 3-5 years experience Prior experience in a liquid chemical processing facility preferred Proven project management skills In depth knowledge of safety in engineering process design Organizational and project execution skills, ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines Design for Maintenance Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work virtually and connect with other engineers globally Some travel may be required Self-starter with systematic decision making, problem solving and troubleshooting skills Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lead and uphold core values Ability to work effectively in a team environment, building both technical and soft skills in the working group Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in diverse teams Experience with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
