Join us as we seek a Senior Financial Analyst to create a dynamic team in our Pediatrics department. Interact with various teams as a trusted business partner to conduct and interpret data to identify trends and effectively manage our resources and business processes.

• Manage internal financial processes and systems to ensure timeliness and adherence to policies
• Provide financial analysis, planning and forecasting which may include consolidation of financial data from various sources, analyzing current and past financial data & performance
• Translate complex data into various reporting formats for a variety of audiences
• Identify trends and provide variance explanations & recommendations for improvement
• Build complex financial models and/or forecasting, benchmarking analysis
• Develop ad hoc reports to support the needs of leadership teams
• Lead and/or assist in projects that require financial, information, or resource management support and/or guidance

• A critical thinker with strong understanding of complex key performance indicators
• Self-starter that takes initiative in managing multiple projects independently
• Action-oriented and eager to embrace new challenges
• Skilled in working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding

• 4 + years of finance, accounting, investment banking, data analytics, or related experience, healthcare preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
• Proven expertise in data management tools like Excel, Tableau, REDCap

Location : Hybrid work model, with the majority of time remote. Expected to be on-site periodically.
