Actuarial Analyst: Under broad supervision, the actuarial analyst assists in development of actuarial studies and recommendations for a product line or segment. Work is well-defined with review in progress as well as upon completion.
Actuarial Consultant: Under technical direction, the actuarial consultant performs actuarial studies of a moderately complex nature to be used in determining pricing and rating plans or reserving strategies for a product line or segment.
Actuarial Analyst: Entry-level, typically with two years of work experience. Actively pursuing actuarial credentials in Casualty Actuarial Society.
Actuarial Consultant: Three or more years of P&C related work experience. Should have passed three or more exams and actively pursuing credentials in Casualty Actuarial Society.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Expert levels of proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Insurance, warranty, or automotive experience would be a plus
BA/BS required. Undergraduate education in a quantitative field
