Job Description
(This role will be remote)
The Central Services Operations Analyst provides various pre-underwriting assistance in order to provide the Commercial Lines underwriting departments with critical data necessary for their risk evaluation process.
What you will do:
Review submissions, evaluate for completeness and triage new business and renewal applications. Follow up for missing information and decline those that do not meet initial new business underwriting guidelines.
Interact with producers for missing application information.
Order reports such as Workers Compensation experience modifications and loss history reports, as part of the initial risk analysis process.
Analyze Workers Compensation, Automobile and General Liability loss information.
Enter application, loss history and other data into the Workers Compensation, Automobile and General Liability worksheets and predictive and/or large risk models.
Communicate and collaborate with the underwriting and operations teams throughout the initial new business and renewal process.
Proficient in ImageRight system, locating information, printing in documents and tasking appropriately.
Successfully complete self-study courses and underwriting analysis training.
