Job Description
What you will do:
Support the team throughout the quarterly financial reporting and annual planning/budgeting process
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports and reviewing for accuracy
Perform monthly reconciliation of online management reports
Participate in preparation of rating agency and executive presentations
Prepare ad hoc analyses and respond to requests from business unit leaders and senior management
Provide assistance with internal reporting platform as requested by report users
Participate on special projects as assigned
What you will bring to C&F:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field of study
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and technical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines while producing quality results
Possess a basic understanding of insurance industry principles
Technological Requirements
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (familiarity with Access is a plus)
Experience with Tableau or equivalent BI platform a plus
