Summary Iowa State University has a NEW OPPORTUNITY withinInformation Technology Servicesin the role of Project Implementation Analyst! This position will partner with the ITS Change Management team to drive assessment, planning, execution and measurement of change management plans for IT change initiatives. The position will collaborate with project team leaders to understand how changes to people, processes or technology impact the way in which business tasks are completed. Under the direction of project change leads, this position will conduct change analysis and monitor change impact assessments to create implementation plans and inform data-driven decisions. A key component of this role includes assessing stakeholder readiness for change and applying structured change management strategies to promote acceptance and adoption of IT initiatives at Iowa State University.
Example of Duties â¢Develop and deploy survey instruments (e.g., Qualtrics) and utilizing research tools to assess campus stakeholder perceptions, awareness and readiness for change.
â¢Gather and interpret raw data to create action plans and provide recommendations regarding project implementation.
â¢Measure effectiveness of targeted change management deliverables, including but not limited to key messages for communications, sponsor/stakeholder engagement plans and training content.
â¢Create content and support delivery of readiness activities to campus audiences regarding changes to existing business processes.
â¢Acts as a representative of the program.
â¢Participates in project management.
