This position supports the administration of the global expense budget and forecast process including but not limited to performing business administrative maintenance and controls functions, providing end-user application support and training, researching unexpected results, processing pre and post allocated adjustments and preparing global expense report packages.
Supports the business administration functions for the global expense budget system
Provides expense budget system end-user support and training
Compiles expense analytics from corporate FP&A teams and prepares corporate expense report packages supporting the monthly forecast and financial close process
Conducts research, compiles analysis, presents findings, and assists with other ad hoc expense reporting activities as needed
Identify, implement or strengthen internal controls in existing/new processes
Assisting in developing business requirements, documenting procedures and processes, and testing as needed
Continually seeking opportunities for improvement in accordance with LEAN principles and partnering with internal and external teams to implement best in class processes.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
4+ years of related work experience
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and sum-ifs
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities
Experience with Oracle systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's or advanced degree in related field
