Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Seven plus years in full-stack software engineering
Proven experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring team members in architecting, designing, and planning out complex technical implementations
Ability to build, deliver and operate complex, cloud-based systems
Proficiency working in java frameworks such as Spring Boot, RESTful API services.
Proficiency with Microservices architecture and designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Proficiency with various database technologies and solutions, including both SQL and NoSQL
Technical Programming Skills are a Must- Java, Azure functions, Cucumber, ADLS, Network scripts, Synapse pipelines, Mongo, Python scripts, AKS, Cosmos DB
Experience with Configuration Management, Dynamic routes and scripting
Proficiency with modern web framework such as Node.js, React.
Cross functional leadership: organize, motivate and lead those outside of the team
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
DevOps practices for CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure DevOps
Git-based repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket or Azure Repos
Container-based development leveraging Docker and/or Kubernetes
Microsoft Azure Services: Functions, Kubernetes, CosmosDB, Storage, App Service
Modern Identity and Access Management and general AppSec practices
Experience with Agile software development (like Scrum or Kanban)
