Under limited supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs moderately complex software programs for enhancements and new products.
Responsible for moderately complex concept design through the full development life cycle.
Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements wherever appropriate.
Mentor team members to design and implement the solution.
Ability to work and negotiate with internal and external partners to accomplish goals.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus
Experience in design and development of microservice applications using cloud native principles & deployments using API First strategy approach.
Knowledge of core API concepts & strategy, Spring Framework enabling Microservice Architecture, Service Mesh and Kubernetes container management solution.
Requires a passionate interest in keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Must have knowledge and exposure to AGILE/SAFE methodology.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Two (2) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Domicile: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
