Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of Questrom's applications (new, enhancement and/or maintenance) to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. Leads the implementation of vendor application solutions (off-the-shelf packages, open source and cloud offerings) and builds integration components to existing portfolio. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations. Adheres to internal policies/procedures, industry best practices, service level agreements and professional standards for application integrity, availability, performance, security, data confidentiality, development, deployment and support.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft.net development platform including SharePoint Portal; open source collaboration tools; and experience with an object-oriented programming language; transact-SQL; C#; ASP.NET with C#; JAVA, and Cold Fusion. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple assignments while adhering to timelines and ability to work effectively on teams and to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Over 3 years of IT work experience or the equivalent with demonstrated knowledge in CRM/Salesforce.com. Higher Ed implementations is desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (bulk API, Metadata API), Web Services (SOAP, REST), e-mail integrations.
- Salesforce Developer and Administration Certifications e.g. DEV 401, ADM 201, App Builder desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development, best practices and design patterns Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, SOQ! L, custom objects, workflows, triggers, Force.com IDE, migration tools, etc.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems using web services and app exchange apps.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, SCRUM certificate desirable.
