Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Undergraduate Student Experience and Services, the Assistant Director of Student Engagement leads and manages the planning, implementation, and evaluation of student engagement events, organizations, and programming aligned with Questrom's and the Undergraduate Academic & Career Development Center's (UDC) mission and strategic plan. This positions responsibilities include oversight of undergraduate student clubs, organizations, and programing; event and conference management; and oversight of the front desk, office operations, and communications. Specifically, undergraduate programs and events including annual Open Houses for prospective students and parents, Orientation, and Parents Weekend, as well as other student engagement and community-building events. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships and collaborations within Questrom and BU to holistically support student organizations and programing. This role will also supervise a Senior Program Coordinator and several student employees who support the UDC office operations.

B.A./B.S. required, Masters Degree in related field strongly preferred. Strong project management skills, including well-developed interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills. Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks independently. Ability to work as part of a team. Minimum of three to five years of related experience preferred.
