Job Summary Establishes effective monitoring processes to manage all aspects of physician payments across the Physician Alignment Group. Trains others in department in optimal procedures. Leads month end projects and other special projects to support decision making. Executes month end close with finance team to prepare physician payment reconciliation and compensation records. Provides analytical support for variance analysis and senior management. Prepares and reviews financial statements, journal entries, and monthly account reconciliations. Performs monthly financial reporting, income statement analysis, and prepares various standard reports.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Minimum Experience Requirements 3 years experience in healthcare industry in a finance related role, or 5 years of experience in a finance related role outside of the healthcare industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel. VBA experience preferred. Experience with Epic, Lawson, Epsi, Access, and business intelligence tools preferred
Education Requirement
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
