Position Information UC Riverside's Transportation and Parking Services is recruiting for a full-time Fleet Analyst. The Fleet Analyst promotes customer-oriented services, responds to customer and vendor inquiries related to rentals, vehicle maintenance, billing, services, incidents or concerns in a timely manner, and follows up to ensure satisfactory resolution. The Fleet Analyst oversees billing for Fleet Services; vehicle long/short term rentals, insurance costs, fuel charges, vehicle repairs and maintenance, and other applicable services; collaborates with several campus departments on vehicle accident/incident reports and driver safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable campus and UC policies, and governmental regulations; performs audits and reconciliation of various Fleet Services systems to ensure accuracy and compliance; makes adjustments or corrections as necessary; provides other operational and administrative support to Fleet Services as needed. Working knowledge and/or experience with Phoenix or Voyager fueling systems.
