We are seeking a highly-motivated Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to manage multiple projects ranging in scale from 30-200K square feet (cultural institution and/or multi-unit housing experience is a bonus). The position requires experience managing multiple projects, coordinating all project efforts both administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Project Manager will serve as liaison to client and and actively manage project budgets, schedules, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks and team assignments. Candidates must have an accredited degree in architecture, possess excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. Licensure is preferred but not required. Candidates should be proficient in industry software (Revit & Autocad).
