A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field and two years full-time experience in investment research and analysis, investment management, investment banking, private equity investing, corporate finance, public accounting, or a closely related and relevant field are required.  Must have demonstrated experience independently preparing financial analysis including data gathering, financial modeling, and spreadsheet maintenance.  Must exhibit advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Excel to perform financial analysis and use advanced features of Excel including lookup and referencing formulas, financial analysis formulas, and advanced use of charts and graphs.  Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Outlook.  Must have and be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.  Must have excellent financial research and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is required.  Ability to interpret financial reports and financial statements is required.  Must pass criminal history background check and pre-employment drug test.  Must have valid driver’s license for state of residency and be insurable under the Company vehicle insurance policy.
