Are you a seasoned Business Analyst, who enjoys problem solving, and working with industry leading tools and automation capabilities to enhance the advisor, client and associate experience?
Working as a Business Architect you will: Support the design of end-to-end experiences that drive specific business outcomes leveraging innovative technology capabilities including but not limited to robotic process automation. Maintain an understanding of the business strategy along with the emerging IT solutions landscape to understand technology leading products and differentiating features. Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to carry out strategy. Actively engage in key projects ensuring that projects and operations deliver on the most optimal business outcomes.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain a strong business unit relationship, with knowledge and insight into the business and the business processes.
- Assess innovative technologies that drive the business forward and maintain or create a competitive advantage for the firm.
- Analyze existing capabilities to determine if opportunities exist to create competitive advantages, cost efficiencies and/or revenue growth.
- Support the software development life-cycle by partnering with developers, testers, and other technology professionals to develop quality and effective solutions leveraging existing and emerging technology capabilities including robotic process automation and natural language processing.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business, operations and technology team members.
- Partner with key business partners to determine business needs and support the development of tool and capability road maps that improve business outcomes.
- Drive consistency and optimization of business processes and technology solutions across capabilities.
- Demonstrate understanding of business architecture practices, guiding principles and deliverables.
Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree or equivalent degree focus on Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 to 7 years experience as a business analyst
- 2+ years relevant experience, including impact analysis, solution design, project delivery, business requirements, process documentation.
- Experience supporting or leading business process improvement/optimization/re-engineering initiatives or projects.
- Knowledge of basic architectural principles with an aptitude to learn methods and tools to solve for business challenges.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and has an aptitude to learn quickly.
- Ability to look at the end to end to improve client/advisor and associate experience and find opportunities to improve efficiency, improve experience and reduction in risk.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting large projects during all phases.
- Ability to think strategically and understand the difference between long and short term priorities.
- High level understanding of business operations and key business drivers.
- Experience supporting Agile projects.
- Demonstrated success working in highly collaborative environment with ability to lead.
