The PHC Information Technology Division supports our community - focused healthcare systems primary care facilities, hospitals, home health care, hospice services, long term care and senior residence communities, health and fitness center. We have attained national recognition for our pioneering approach to business intelligence and population health management. We were the first system to use Epics Cogito data warehouse in a production environment which afforded our ACO a method for managing their populations health. We have successfully attested for Stage 1 of meaningful use for our hospitals and physicians, as well as have attained Stage6 designation on the HIMSS Analytics EMR Adoption Model (EMRAM). What You Will Do:
Responsible for the overall support of ProHealths service management system, Service Now. Primary responsibilities for this role include platform architecture and development, as well as system administration. Work with leaders within IT as well as throughout the organization to help drive roadmaps for implementations and adoption. Will participate in the Enterprise Architecture group, and work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions for complex business processes.
Lead and mentor a small application development team
Architecture design and roadmaps
System development for new implementations, system/MID server integrations, and general enhancement requests
System platform upgrades (currently Madrid)
Development of standards and procedures
Delivering end-user training
Root cause analysis
Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.Will consider education & experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 3, with 4 or more preferred, years of experience with Service Now.
Familiarity with Service Now Core Platform and ITSM modules, other modules preferred.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile development.
Service Now Administration and Development certifications preferred.
ITIL certification preferred.
Familiarity with SharePoint preferred.
