Who we are looking for The Business Architecture Project Manager is a Vice President position within Global Delivery. The role is responsible for providing leadership and end-to-end project management on initiatives and deliverables supporting the Global Delivery Simplification - Inquiry Optimization program. Key initiatives include Middle Office Client Responsiveness, target operating model re-engineering, Inquiry Management (IMT) or other software deployment, adoption and optimization efforts. The Business Architect will also work on interaction model problem-solving and solutioning across the full F2B Value chain.
What you will be responsible for - Provide leadership, management and drive the execution of sub-work stream initiatives within the overall Inquiry Optimization workstream
- Drive execution through stringent project management and close attention to detail of related GD Simplification workstreams
- Solution impediments with stakeholders, drive project progress, escalate risks, issues and solutions. Implement project changes and interventions to achieve program goals
- Provide feedback to client and internal team regarding progress
- Manage preparation for sub-stream governance meetings including project plan consolidation and materials preparations
- Perform client and internal communications using multiple communication channels
- Perform oversight of sub-streams to enable achievement of integration project goals and synergies

Education & Preferred Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years financial services experience including project/program management experience
- Good, end to end knowledge of Front, Middle and Back Office platforms and processes, including the client value stream.
- Good working knowledge of STT Alpha/Enterprise platforms. Detailed knowledge of the MyView Inquiry Management (IMT) application is preferred.
- Knowledge of process mapping
- PMP Certification and/or consulting experience a plus
