Position Overview:
The National Association ofManufacturers (NAM) is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to complement ourtalented team of executive communications, creative, marketing strategy and datascience professionals and digital natives to advance manufacturing in theUnited States--and to strengthen the NAM's ability to be the most effectivevoice and resource for the industry. * Build,maintain and/or troubleshoot various automated data dashboards.
* Developdeep domain expertise on contact database and serve as the "list master" forall audience development needs.
* Learnthe data model housing NAM email contents in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to gainan understanding of the category of emails intended for each contact type basedon service codes, marketing lists and other database attributes.
* Build,maintain and/or troubleshoot email lists for various broadcast email sends.
* Improveefficiency in manual data operations processes by initiating automationprojects wherever possible.
* Developand refine documentation for data operations processes across the organization.
* Raiseconcerns and help the information technology team troubleshoot potential bugson internal tools.
* Workwith the director of data science to ensure integrity of data within the CRM.
* Serveas an extra hand to deploy email sends during surge periods and/or when theemail team is shorthanded.
* Becurious and open to new projects! We are a small team who is looking to buildbig things. New ideas are always welcome.
* Workclosely with other NAM divisions and team members to help advance cross-brandstrategic priorities and meet specified goals.

We are looking for Team Playerswho meet the Following Criteria:
* Tobe able to enjoy this position, you must enjoy working with large datasets andpossess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong organization andproject management skills.
* Advanceproficiency in SQL.
* Advancedproficiency in Databricks and BigQuery Applications.
* Advancedproficiency in data visualization solutions, including dashboards housed inGoogle Data Studio and Google Sheets.
* Intermediateproficiency in REST and Python-based SDKs to craft data engineering solutionsto port data between various platforms.
* Intermediateproficiency in HTML/CSS.
* Strongverbal and written communications skills.
* Stronginterpersonal skills--i.e., the ability to collaborate with a wide range ofstakeholders at all organization levels and help guide process.
* Canmanage stressful situations in a solutions-oriented way with a positiveattitude.
* 1+years of experience working in a dynamic environment/analytics role with theskills listed above.
* Abackground in politics, campaigns and/or high-profile advocacy organization isa plus but not required.
Preferred Skills:
* Basicproficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio.
* Basicproficiency in Python.
