Informational Technology Services (ITS) is recruiting a programmer analyst to serve as a CRM administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting Advancement Services, which provides fundraising and gift processing services to the campus. As the CRM administrator, you will perform data maintenance and integrations, analysis and reporting, and implementation of new features in the CRM. As a member of ITS development, a collaborative teamwork environment ensures success.
Basic Function & Responsibilities:
Maintain data integrity and quality assurance
Troubleshoot CRM related issues
Develop and implement CRM new features
Integrate CRM with third party systems
Provide end-user support
Design dashboard and reporting analytics
Salary
$47,476 Annually
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management informational services, or equivalent job experience
Experience with a CRM or equivalent system.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analyze business process of stakeholders and build CRM features
Excellent problem-solving skills
