In compliance with applicable New York and New Jersey State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) is mandatory for all MSK employees, contingent workers, and volunteers. Exceptions are permitted for those employees who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption.
*Staff working at a MSK New Jersey location must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccination, which includes having completed the primary COVID-19 vaccination series and booster once eligible as mandated by New Jersey State. All New Jersey staff not yet eligible for a booster must receive a booster within 3 weeks of becoming eligible as a condition of continued employment at MSK.

Perform application configuration, monitor, maintain, and test application performance by ensuring reliable operation for all users, as well as troubleshooting system failures or computer hardware and software issues.
Upgrade Linux systems and processes to improve functionality, installation, and the testing of new or changed hardware/software as well as responding to and resolving end user reported issues.
Develop external module for REDCap System using PHP
Implement and follow the standard methodologies in software development, code versioning, software testing, and deployment.
Take part in code reviews, build/release management, and other R&D discussions.
4-6 years experience in Linux administration
Solid understanding of Apache server management and Red Hat Linux Enterprise
Proficiency in MySQL/MariaDB database server platforms
Experience/understanding of Active Directory/LDAP
Experience with HIPPA Data Privacy policies/regulations
2-4 years of PHP development experience
Exposure to full stack development using some combination of these technologies PHP/Python, MySQL.
